Mainly looking to get into shape and become more of a well rounded fighter overall; Currently training in Muay Thai and Kickboxing but also’ve done boxing and BJJ as well. Primarily looking for light or medium sparring for practice, fun and technique but also open to hard/full out sparring to put our skills to the test as well. I only trained with a coach for a couple of months and have been training for about a couple of year so I have a lot of bad habits to shake. I like to focus on actually learning from sparring and I’m not trying to spar as if I’m in a real fight. I expect high intensity sparring only when agreed upon. Steel sharpens steel and I’m ready to work!.
