Beginner - training in MMA, kickboxing & karate for 4 months I *love* it, but sparring is the only aspect I am struggling with. I suspect it's because I need practice slowing down / working on technique / reaction time, & then speeding up with more practice.
I am a southpaw with good hand speed and footwork and a few amateur fights under my belt. I'm up for a sparring session at any time, no charge, just enjoy learning and challenging myself.
