Come join me for some friendly, fun sparring and/or self-defense training on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. We can practice various martial arts styles sparring, including boxing, kickboxing, and Tai Chi push hands, as well as spar with foam padded weapons and rubber knives. Our sparring will be with light to medium contact, and we will also focus on positive exchanges of martial arts strategies and techniques.
I welcome participants from any weight class and all styles, and with my background in Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Kali/Escrima, and Tai Chi, you can be assured of a well-rounded experience. Please note that you should be at least 21 years old and have your own protective equipment.
