About Myself
I took about one year of Jeet Kun Do about 20 years ago and I never got to practice and I don't know how to fight. I want to spar, practice footwork and get hit so I can overcome my fear of getting hit and/or loosing. Ultimately I want to be able to efficiently defend my wife and kids.
