Looking for a practice partner to practice new moves on and light/mid spar

I have three years of BJJ, wrestling, and muay thai experience. Looking for training partners for sparring and rolling.

I have trained in various forms of kickboxing over the course of 12 years taekwondo, san shou, muay thai.i ha e dabbled in some BJJ and wrestling as well. My schedule doesn't work with taking classes at night. So I can no longer train at a gym. But I train what I can alone at home. Looking for a partner to spar and learn what I can.

Old-school (past in Goju and Shotokan) currently Kenpo trainee working toward powerful rear kicks and classic karate conditioning. I train every day with kata, heavy bag work, skill-specific conditioning, and deep stance work.

Looking for a sparring or training partner who enjoys traditional striking, controlled contact, kick drills, and real technique — not sport point fighting. I’m disciplined, easygoing, and here to sharpen skills and help each other level up.
